We are currently defragmenting the mail servers hard drives after we noticed a high rate of IO (input-ouput). During this process all emails sent to your domain will be queued by our secondary mail server, which will relay messages once the primary mail server comes back online.

News update from the data centre:
" At approximately 4:15AM CST, a pair of redundant Powerware 500KVA UPS
units failed creating a power failure in section B of our DLLSTX2 datacenter.
Emergency teams were deployed within minutes and power was restored within minutes
but intermittent power outages did occur until 6:45AM CST. Powerware, JT Packard,
and electricians are currently onsite with over 100 Planet technicians working
to resolve the issue. We do not anticipate any further outages . A formal RFO
will be released once the team debriefs. We apologize for all issues that has
caused. "

This issue has been caused by the main
BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) routers,
which fail VERY rarely and could take
some time to restore.
The Planet's engineers are working
at full force to resolve this issue
and we are eagerly waiting for any
news. This outage has seriously affected
many major commercial websites including
many mission critical enterprise networks.
Please note this situation is beyond
