 Domain
name Registration |
We strongly suggest
that you read the information provided on
this page and make sure that you are aware
of the restrictions regarding some of the
TLD (Top Level Domains).
*Please
pay extra attention to the following conditions:
- All domain name sales are final. We
will not refund domain name registration
fees. We will release your domain at no
extra fee if you wish to transfer out.
- You may not transfer your domain name
registration to another domain name registrar
during the first sixty (60) days from
the effective date of your initial domain
name registration with Land of Net Ltd
or after the expiration, but before the
deletion, of your domain name.
This will NOT prevent
you from moving to another host.
If you wish to cancel your account, get
your money back during the first 30 days,
or move to another host, we will help
you with all the necessary steps to ensure
a smooth and easy transfer from us to
another host. We will even change your
DNS settings for you to ensure minimal
down time.
- We do not handle any kind of domain
name disputes.
- It is your responsibility to ensure
that you are aware of the terms and conditions
of use by the relevant naming authorities.

Domain Name Registration Agreement |
We make no
representation that the domain name you wish
to register is capable of being registered
by or for you or that it will be registered
in your name. You should therefore not assume
registration of your requested domain name(s)
until you have been notified that it has or
they have been registered. Any action taken
by you before such notification is at your
risk.
The registration and use of your domain name
is subject to the terms and conditions of
use applied by the relevant naming authority;
you will ensure that you are aware of those
terms and conditions and that you comply with
them. You will have no right to bring any
claim against us in respect of refusal to
register a domain name.
All domain name sales are final. We will not
refund any fees in respect of domain name
registration. You may not transfer your domain
name to another registrar within the first
60 days the registration. We will, however,
assist you with any necessary configurations
required to point your domain name to other
name servers at NO COSTS.
We will have no liability in respect of the
use by you of any domain name; any dispute
between you and any other person must be resolved
between the parties concerned in such dispute.
If any such dispute arises, we will be entitled,
at our discretion and without giving any reason,
to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain
name. We will also be entitled to make representations
to the relevant naming authority but will
not be obliged to take part in any such dispute.
